Design 2349 Designers Choice 15
This 15 dinghy was developed in the late 70s and produced by Howmar Boats of Edison, New Jersey. She was designed as a trainer for young sailors and to appeal to more experienced dinghy sailors for one-design racing. Almost 1,000 boats were built to this design.
